I’ve had some pretty bad luck with Red Sox games and weather this year. After we had a decent April evening to see the Sox beat the Yankees (for only their second win of 2011) it’s been a rainy crapfest every time since. The only real difference between these photos are the date:
The one new thing about this last rainy game: I got to see the grounds crew roll up the tarp for the first time. (How’s that for looking for a silver lining?) Of course, they rolled the tarp back out again a few innings later. Here’s hoping our next game (in the fall) is a little drier.
