The Brunching Shuttlecocks will be publishing The Book of Rating this fall. Despite being huge a fan of the Brunching's ratings, it begs the question: why buy something you can already get online for free?

While going through my old email, I came across some photos of Brian and me at the Northshore Mall's Apple Store when it first opened. Yup, a couple geeks playing with the digital cameras and emailing the photos to themselves...

Wire: 1989-1995, the compilation video of the four riding videos I made years ago, is now complete. I'm going to be sending it out for duplication this weekend, and it'll be available to purchase from the New England Flatland site (and probably eWire, too).

Groening strongly denied a British newspaper report that he was planning to wind up the series shortly because it was getting harder and harder to find funny things to say..."I was misquoted and misunderstood. I don't want anyone to think I am predicting the demise of the Simpsons... As long as there are things to make fun of we will be around."

One of my favorite quotes from a previous article: "The recording industry has spent millions of dollars ... to make its product harder and less convenient to use."
